All parcels and packages sent by Deals N Steals are shipped via Australia Post.


All items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged using bubble wrap, padded satchels, packaging foam peanuts and heavy duty cardboard boxes to ensure the item arrives safely to all our customers.


All orders both domestically and internationally will be sent via Australia Post with tracked services. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email (if you can’t find it, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders). 


You can also use the Australia Post website to track the progress of your order by entering in your tracking number.

  • For small untracked items delivery fee is $2.50

  • For normal sized items, the flat delivery fee starts from $8.95 depending on the item(s) purchased

international delivery.

International shipping is calculated based on the country which it is being delivered to and the weight of the items being delivered.

Please note: Periodically delays can occur due to weather, suppliers or other factors. Unfortunately we cannot control this. Delays may also occur during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Damaged or missing.

For all enquiries regarding your deliveries, please contact us via the Contact Us form and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

Where parcels are damaged upon delivery, please submit photographic evidence to us for review within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate your claim with Australia Post and endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.


missing items

Australian Orders

For domestic orders, please contact us if your order has not arrived after two weeks of it being dispatched by us. We will investigate with Australia Post on the whereabouts of your parcel. 

International Orders

For international order, please contact us if your order has not arrived after two months of the dispatch date. We will investigate with Australia Post on the whereabouts of your parcel. Please be mindful that in some countries parcels can remain in customs for an extended time which can result in delays.

As a customer it is your responsibility to obtain and understand information regarding the custom laws of your country and which products (e.g. food) may not be allowed. Customs duties may be payable by the customer. We do not issue refunds when products/packages are refused entry due a country’s laws, regulations and restrictions.
