Are the products listed brand new?

Yes. All of our products are brand new, sealed, and sourced directly from trusted suppliers. We do not sell used or second-hand items.

Can you source a product that isn’t listed on your website?

Absolutely! If there’s something you’re looking for that isn’t currently available on our site, simply complete our Product Request Form. We’ll do our best to find it and will contact you as soon as we’re able to secure stock.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do. For large-volume purchases, we can offer competitive wholesale pricing and adjust shipping costs where possible. Please reach out via our Contact Form and our team will be in touch.

Are all food and drink items shipped before their Use By Dates?

Yes, always. We never ship any food or beverage items past their Use By Date for health, safety, and legal reasons.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular items whenever possible. For any sold-out products you are after, please join the waitlist and you will be notified automatically by email once it is back in stock.

Delivery & Shipping FAQS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the courier service used. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we only ship orders as we do not have a physical store. All purchases are delivered directly to your chosen address.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not generally offer express shipping at this stage. However, if you urgently need an item shipped express, please get in contact with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure your order details, shipping address, and payment information are correct before completing your purchase.

My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If it hasn’t been updated beyond that, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will work with you accordingly to get your issue resolved.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, all sales are final. In the case of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you accordingly.

Pre-order FAQS.

When can I expect my pre-order?

Once the manufacturer releases the pre-order item and we receive the stock, we will carefully pack and dispatch your order right away to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Why is my pre-order delayed?

Some manufacturers, such as Funko, may occasionally delay the release of certain products, especially their most popular items. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control.

Please rest assured that we are committed to keeping you updated and consistently following up with our suppliers. Once the stock arrives, all pre-orders are carefully packed and dispatched immediately to customers who have completed their payments.

Do you guarantee stock of a pre-order item after its release date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stock for some items after their pre-order release date due to high demand. If you have not pre-ordered the item, we cannot guarantee it will be available. It is safer to pre-order to ensure you receive the product.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless the delivery date has been pushed back. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure all details, including quantity and payment, are correct.
