Delivery and Shipping

Delivery & Shipping FAQs

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 Business days of purchase.

If you would like your product delivered as soon as possible, please contact us directly prior to completing your order to arrange for Express Shipping. Additional charges will apply for Express Shipping. 

Yes, we ship internationally! We love connecting with people from all around the world with an aim of bringing a little happiness to all our customers through our products!

Please use our shipping calculator in checkout to determine the delivery fee to your area/country.

 

Australian Delivery

  • For small untracked items, delivery fee is $2.50
  • For normal sized items, the flat delivery fee starts from $8.95 depending on the item(s) purchased

 

International Delivery

International shipping is calculated based on the country which it is being delivered to and the weight of the items being delivered.

All orders both domestically and internationally will be sent via Australia Post with tracked services. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email (if you can’t find it, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders). 

 

You can also use the <insert link> Australia Post</insert link> website to track the progress of your order by entering in your tracking number.

Of course! You’ll just need to enter your gift recipient’s address in ‘Shipping Address’ and your own address as the ‘Billing Address’.

Please ensure all Shipping details are entered correctly. Changes to your shipping address must be communicated via email within 12 hours of placing the order so that we can update your details.

Australian Orders

For domestic orders, please contact us if your order has not arrived after two weeks of it being dispatched by us. We will investigate with Australia Post on the whereabouts of your parcel. 

 

International Orders

For international order, please contact us if your order has not arrived after two months of the dispatch date. We will investigate with Australia Post on the whereabouts of your parcel. Please be mindful that in some countries parcels can remain in customs for an extended time which can result in delays. 

Products Faqs

All of our products are brand new and sealed directly from suppliers. We do not sell any used or second hand products.

If you have a product that you would like to purchase but have not found it on our website, please fill out our Product Request Form which you can find <Insert link>here</insert link>. We will do our best to source the product and will contact you when we do.

Yes we do! If you are looking to purchase a large number of units of one or more products, we can work with you on a reasonable wholesale price. We will also adjust your delivery costs accordingly, provided we have the stock available. For more information contact us using our Contact form which you can find <Insert link>here</insert link>.

Absolutely! We will never ship a food or drink product past its use by date for both health and legal reasons.

Pre order faqs

Once a pre-order has been released from the manufacturer and we acquire the stock, we will carefully pack and dispatch the product right away to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we require a full payment before we can reserve your pre-order. This is so we can reserve each pre-order product with our supplier.

Some manufacturers such as Funko may delay their scheduled release dates for some of their products – especially their most popular releases. 

Unfortunately this is outside of our control. We wish each item would be released on time so that we can have our pre-orders sent to our eager customers. 

In cases of delays please rest assured that we will continue to do our best and consistently follow up with our suppliers until we receive the stock. Once received, pre-orders are immediately sent to all customers who have completed their payments. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee stock on hand for some items after they have been released due to demand but feel free to browse our site or contact us directly if you do not find what you’re looking for. We’ll do our best to source it for you.
