At Deals N Steals, every order is carefully packed, shipped promptly, and delivered safely — whether it’s going across Australia or all the way around the world.
Careful Packaging
Every order is packed with care using bubble wrap, padded satchels, foam peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes to protect your items during transit. We handle every parcel with the same attention to detail we’d want for our own deliveries, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition.
Australian Delivery
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post using reliable, tracked shipping options unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. (If you don’t see it, please check your Junk or Spam folders.)
International Delivery
We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post International Services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of your order. All international parcels are securely packed and shipped with tracking details provided once dispatched.
Delivery Times & Holiday Delays
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that occasional delays can occur due to public holidays, weather, supplier issues, postal service disruptions, or peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and online sales. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
For any enquiries regarding your deliveries, please contact us via our Contact Us form. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
1. Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please submit photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We will review your claim and investigate with Australia Post, keeping you updated throughout the process.
2. Missing Items
- Australian Orders: If your domestic order has not arrived within three weeks of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with Australia Post to locate your parcel.
- International Orders: For international deliveries, please contact us if your order has not arrived within two months of dispatch. Some parcels may remain in customs for extended periods, which can result in delivery delays. We will liaise with Australia Post and keep you informed throughout.
International Orders Customs Disclaimer
As a customer, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the customs laws of your country, including which products (such as food items) may be restricted or prohibited.
Customs duties or taxes may be payable by the customer. Deals N Steals cannot issue refunds for products or parcels refused entry due to a country’s laws, regulations, or restrictions. We encourage all international customers to check local customs requirements before placing an order.
